QUOTATION / BUDGETING & DEADLINES

Once we have all the necessary details of the project (location, architectural drawings, drawings, design elements, special requirements etc., we start to work on the budgeting.

Our Pricing is based on 3 details:
1. The difficulty of the project and your quality requirements.
2. Timing and deadlines
3. Your budget

ORDER PROCESS/ DEPOSIT PAYMENT

After we agreed on all conditions and therms on the project from both sides, (depends on the project size) we require a 20-40% deposit payment or if it is a longer project we require stage payment (payment schedule) for the labour and materials.
We do not make money on the materials! We charge you exactly what we payed including our Trade Discounts.

STARTING THE WORK / WORK PROCESS

Upon receipt of the deposit, all raw materials will be pre-ordered, thus excluding any price increases and assuring our customers that the ordered building will cost exactly as much as quoted when it was ordered.
Every project has a dedicated project manager. The project manager is responsible for creating the schedules and making sure that the deadlines are always kept. All of our project managers are available in 24/7.
Through our project management system (BuilderTrend & Monday.com) we keep our clients updated every day. We share the work diary timeline and provide you process update photos during the entire work.

FINISH / FEEDBACK / WARRANTY

Once we finish with the project, we will go through with you room by room to make sure you are 100% happy with the result.
If you find any mistake we will make sure we will correct and fix them.
Next will give you all the warranty documentation and suggested maintenance guidance and send you the final bill.
